Well, just as I would have hoped, I passed the CompTIA PenTest + exam a few weeks ago. A few days later, I started up on PWK to prep for OSCP. So far everything is going as well as possible with PWK - I've become hooked and spend quite a bit of my free time with a laptop immersed in the labs, and have managed to get about a dozen boxes or so (with the help of other like co-workers and other resources).
I purchased the 90 days of labs with the intent to really get the most out of everything. I also am finishing up an Offensive security course with DSU and a Security course with CTU for my Doctorate. So cyber is life right now.
To make sure I don't get too burnt out on the technical stuff - I'll be posting an article titled "screw cybersecurity - avoiding technical burnout" in the next week or so.
Until next time!
